Apple is planning to release its Xeon Mac Pro desktop by the early 2010. This desktop comes with a 6 core, 12 thread Intel Xeon processor. This is built on 32nm processes with 12nm of shared cache. This desktop’s CPU will be supported by 128 GB of RAM and 10GB ethernet port.
This device interesting also features a custom mainboard with the support for 8GB and 16 GB memory modules.
This Xeon desktop will use less power when compared to the quadcore Xeon with the same 2.4 GHz clock speed. This device will not be produced in profuse until the middle of 2010. Not much is known about this device. We hope this will function better when compared to the former quadcore Xeon.
