Asus K53E-BBR9 Laptop Review

The ASUS K53E-BBR9 is a stylish laptop with sleek features and powerful specifications. This powerful laptop comes with 15.6-nches screen and  the 2nd generation Intel Core i5-2410M processor which is better than the Sandy Bridge Pentium B940 and core i3-2310M in that – it has turbo boost feature. Its notable feature include an HDMI and outstanding battery life with 6 Cell battery pack  – all this at an affordable price.

It has 4 GB DDR3 memory, 500 GB storage space, optical drive, webcam, media card reader, Wi-Fi. The graphics is driven by Intel HD Graphics 3000 which is not great for fast moving games but good enough for daily graphics needs. I will also allow you to play some of the games at lower resolution.

Intel Core i5-2410M Processor Details

The Intel Core i5-2410M is Sandy Bridge based dual core processor comes with Hyperthreading and Turbo Boost Technologies in it. Its HyperThreading feature will allow the processor to handle four threads at once successfully. Its base clock rate 2.3 GHz gains 2.9 GHz overclock rate through the enabled Turbo Boost Technology successfully under special situations where processor requires processing power for a short duration of time. This processor comes with the integrated graphics as the Intel HD Graphics 3000 and a dual-channel memory controller to support DDR3 memory – giving high throughput for processor to memory communication. The processor cores can access 3 MB smart cache along with 2 MB L2 cache. The TDP of this processor is 35 watts.
