We bought this laptop for our son last Christmas (2010) Had to send it in for repair and had great service. A few months after getting it back my son was in the garage working on his Jeep and had the computer on the roof. Not hood but the roof! He forgot it was there and drove off. Needless to say the computer landed on the side of the road and then down into the ditch. He shattered the screen, did some damage to the case and is missing a few keys but amazingly the computer still starts up and runs great when hooked up to another monitor. I would definitely give this laptop very high ratings. Going to buy a new screen for it and he will be up and running again.
