Google buys AdMob for $750 million

The Google has finally decided and officially announced that it will be buying the advertising company, AdMob to include it under the large list of companies that it already owns.It has been announced that an agreement has already been made to buy the world’s largest mobile advertising marketplace, AdMob.

Entrepreneur Omar Hamoui is the founder of AdMob.  AdMob is now set to be sold to Google for an estimated amount of $750 million in the stock. AdMob will enhance the experience of mobile advertising of Google in a dramatic way, thus giving a high boost to the business of Google. Since mobile advertising is more effective these days, Google will be able to introduce more ways to promote their services through mobile media and innovate more effective tools for creating these mobile ads effectively, serving and evaluating the mobile ads formats too.
