Google offers free wi-fi at US Airports

The black Friday is  just few weeks away.  Usually people around these days like to shop went to meet up their families. Airports are also crowded as people are going to visit their families. With this occasion in mind, Google declared that they would provide wi-fi services in selected airports during this holiday as a souvenir. The free wi-fi service is already resumed and is being served at 46 airports nationwide upto January 15, 2010.

This free Wi-fi service is served in major airports of cities like Las Vegas, San Jose, Boston, Baltimore, Burbank, Houston, Indianapolis, Seattle, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Orlando, St. Louis and Charlotte.

Google also announced that they will continue their service at Burbank and Seattle even after January 15 for indefinite period. They requested people who are using free Wi-fi service to donate money to organization like Engineers Without Borders, One Economy Corporation, or the Climate Savers Computing Initiative. Google will accept any donations made up to $250,000.
