LG is aware about the wide interest in its next Android smartphone, LG LU2300 and that is why the phone has been detailed on its UK blog. The gadget freaks must have anticipated a thorough release but LG is in no mood to do so before the phones official arrival in Korea next month. Despite the ordinary treatment from LG, LU2300 is a specialty as it packs in Android 2.1 and a 1Ghz Snapdragon processor which was earlier doubted by the rumor hounds.

The smartphone also comes with a a 3.5-inch AMOLED capacitive display which can be used to view images clicked through its 5MP camera. LG hasn’t even ignored DivX support, a DMB TV tuner and in-built WiFi support.

Given the spec sheet we have on view here, the LG LU2300 appears a top-notch Android device which could have done better with a more powerful camera. There is no word on its pricing or global availability as of now. [via: Engadget]
