Ricoh Gx200 Digital Camera has a resolution of 12.1 mega pixels. The dimension of the camera is 111.6 mm × 58.0 mm × 25.0 mm and weighs 208 gm. The image sensor is 1/1.7” primary-colour CCD. It has a 3x optical zoom and a 4x digital zoom. The maximum ISO sensitivity is 1600. The light sensitivity can be adjusted automatically by the camera depending on the surroundings. The optical performance is good regardless of lighting conditions and focal length.

has a 2.7” transparent amorphous silicon TFT LCD screen with 460k pixels resolution. The camera comes with a 54 MB built-in memory and a SD/SDHC memory card slot to expand the memory up to 16GB. It has an in-built flash.  The focal length of the lens is 5.1 to 15.3mm, the F-aperture of the lens is F2.5 to F4.4 and the lens construction is 11 elements in 7 groups. The focus modes of the camera are multi AF, spot AF, manual focus, snap and infinity. The digital camera can record video at the rate of 30 frames per second. The maximum video resolution is 640 × 480 pixels.

Ricoh Gx200 Digital Camera has Smooth Imaging Engine III image processor that produces sharp images in high sensitivity shooting conditions. Noise reduction measures reduce the camera’s noise without compromising the resolution. Still images are recorded in JPEG and RAW file formats. Video is recorded in AVI file format. Playback functions include auto rotate, grid view, enlarged view and resize. The digital camera supports USB 2.0 Mini-B interface.
