Sony Ericsson Satio sales suspended after bugs discovered

Many complaints have been reported by the customers against the Symbian-powered Satio handset by Sony Ericsson. As a result, the sales of the handset have been put on a hold by Carphone Warehouse and Phones 4U shops in UK.

The major reasons behind the complaints from the customers include freezes, crashes, under-performing batteries, and non user-friendly interface behavior. Reportedly, the above-said reasons have been caused by a software hiccup. New phones will be offered to the unsatisfied customers by the phone retailers. According to Richard Dorman, senior marketing manager at SE, the issue will be sorted out by end of December; however, the handset will be still available on Vodafone, Orange and T-Mobile.
