Sony NW-A840, the ultra-thin OLED Walkman

The new Walkman NW-A840 series from Sony promises good performance for a very elegant and compact design: the new portable media players are in fact only 7.2 millimeters thick and have a 2.8 inch OLED display.

The Walkman NW-A840 series as well as to design, propose specific techniques of great interest: memory up to 64GB, MDR-EX300SL premium earphones, noise canceling digital S-Master digital amplifier, FM radio, battery for 29 hours of music and for 9 hours of video.

The new Sony PMPs allow a resolution of 720 × 480 pixels for video and TV output support different formats: MP3, WMA, AAC, HE-AAC, PCM / WAV, MPEG-4 AVC.

The NW-A840 will be available from October 31 versions brown or black, with three capacities: the 16GB NW-A845 will cost $ 263 (180 euro exchange rate), the NW-A846 32GB will cost $ 329 ( 225 euro exchange rate) el’NW-A847 64 GB will cost $ 439 (300 euro exchange rate).
