Though they already have access to the best ones like Netflix, Amazon Video On Demand and MLB.tv, Roku channel set-top box has now decided to add a few more interesting features. Starting from yesterday, that is 22nd November, and till the next fortnight, all existing owners of the services entitled under Roku SD, Roku HD and Roku HD-XR will all receive an automatic update of a package of ten new content channels and all this for no additional cost! Top channels like Revision3, Pandora, Mediafly, TWiT, blip.tv and Flickr have been added to the channel’s list. It also includes FrameChannel, Motionbox and MobileTribe along with Facebook Photos.

After all these new set of services added, users now are wishing more channels such as the likes of Hulu and other such television portals to be included. To this, Roku already admitted that many other developers have already been working on Roku Channels and the channel is expecting many additional developers to adopt the Roku platform in a short span of time from now. This seems to be quite good to convince people to have another box under their HDTV.
